Natalie Portman Is Engaged and Expecting Her First Child
Natalie Portman and Benjamin Millepied
Actress Natalie Portman and dance choreographer Benjamin Millepied, who met on the set of the film "Black Swan," announced their engagement and the upcoming birth of their first child. Born in France, Benjamin choreographed and danced with Natalie in "Black Swan", a ballet film noir. He is a principal dancer with the New York City Ballet who anticipates a film career acting and directing. Natalie, who began dance lessons at age 4, received an Oscar as best actress for her role as Nina in "Black Swan." A talented star, Natalie recently appeared in the romantic comedy "No Strings Attached," the medieval drug comedy "Your Highness" and the latest Marvel film, "Thor." She also was seen in the Star Wars prequel trilogy, Goya's Ghosts and The Other Boleyn Girl. Natalie received a bachelor's degree in psychology from Harvard University in 2003. The wedding date has not been set.
