Actress and country singer LeAnn Rimes wed actor Eddie Cibrian in an intimate sunset ceremony Friday night, April 22, 2011. The setting for the cememony was at the estate of a friend overlooking the Malibu beach. Their guests were expecting an engagement party, but they got a surprise wedding. LeAnn and Eddie met in 2009 while working on the set of Northern Lights while both were married to other people. Their steamy extramarital romance and later divorces were the subject of tabloid gossip. Cibrian, now 37, filed for divorce from Brandi Glanville, after their marriage of eight years and two sons. Rimes, now 28, divorced her husband Dean Sheremet to marry Eddie. LeAnn wore a gown handmade by Reem Acra in nude silk chiffon, covered with pearls and white paillettes. The shoes were Alexander McQueen snakeskin peep-toe heels with an ankle strap. Her jewelry included 10-carat diamond earrings and a $250,00 platinun brooch with 25 carats of diamonds worn on the waist of her gown. LeAnn actually wore three wedding bands to represent Eddie and his two sons. The couple radiated happiness as they made speeches, danced and cut the three-tier wedding cake to the music of Sonny and Cher's "I've Got You, Babe".
